Amanda Austin has been working as a designer for 25 years.

After completing her own house project 15 years ago, Amanda’s interest in interiors and design was born and she has been working in that field ever since. Amanda has project managed ground up restorations, but also loves to re-design spaces that just need a revamp.

Amanda has a passion for patterns and textures, blending them in a unique style of her own. She is constantly thinking of different and imaginative ways to celebrate a space.

“Amanda has the most amazing ability to blend colours and she’s not afraid to use it.”

It is with this ability that she stands out - her USP if you will - and her definitive style also lends itself to blending modern, antique and vintage in a way that just works perfectly.

Take a look at the images on the project pages from a few of Amanda’s recent projects to get an idea.

Amanda is naturally well-versed in all aspects of design, with the assured ability to create and deliver the ever-popular contemporary look utilising neutral colours and tones, but her abilities really shine when it comes to mixing beautiful antiques with contemporary art or bold colours with wonderful patterns - this is where her passion and skill comes into its own.

While not an interior architect per se, Amanda has taken up that role on several projects to date, and it is this knowledge that allows clients to be assured that they will be guided through the sometimes difficult decisions associated with larger refurbishment projects.

When the project requires, Amanda can coordinate between the client, the architect and the contractor to manage the project from its inception to final delivery.
